The way I notice between how Western fighters do their training compared to the Dagis is that Western fighters separate the sparring, grappling & live rounds on separate days while the Russians do it all in 1 day. The only thing the Dagis do on a separate day is strength & conditioning.

The Dagis are also good with simulations. I watched Islam's camp for Volk. They literally picked a guy as short a Volk in their camp, made him watch Volk's tapes & made him strike & wrestle like Volk so that Islam knows how to counter Volk's attacks.
