I don’t find the roadmap disappointing at all. From what I took away they are releasing a new map each month, 3 a season, so a season is 3 months. I think that’s enough variety on top of 14 launch maps to keep people busy especially if the gun play is straight up fun and no SBMM lol

I have no problem with a beginner playlist and I think it’s completely fine to have that or a small protected bracket. Especially over SBMM

I'm glad to see you give an update on Xdefiant. I really want this game to Take off and do well on channels like yours. It's fun, the developers care, and overall a hope for fans of older cods. Here's to Xdefiant having a successful future!

Edit: while it's only 3 maps per season, you have to remember, the maps they do release will likely be way better and more replayable that what COD comes up with every few months. I think 3 for Xdefiant is a good starting point to keep things going well at a pace ubisoft can maintain without compromising quality.

Honestly, I personally think ''disappointing'' is actually good! They dont promise too much, keeping it simple and making sure the devs have a chance at following the deadlines. To me 3 weapons and 3 maps pr season sounds great! Especially when the maps and weapons are ACTUALLY NEW

I'm stoked to try the beta and play this for myself. I've been itching for a casual, fun shooter to kill an hour or two after work and CoD just can't do it for me due to SBMM making it an absolute chore to play. I'm hoping this can be that casual, fun experience for me to hop into and enjoy for short periods of time.

I really don’t see it as disappointing, especially when the game is free to play. You’re already getting 14 maps and 20+ weapons. Which is pretty standard for a CoD game but pretty awesome for a F2P game

It may look similar to the call of duty lifecycle but the key difference is in my opinion is the transparency we know what we're getting. I like that

12 new maps and guns over the course of the year sounds fine. I'm sure there will be more stuff too. Just hope the net code and other issues are sorted. I'll be playing on the 20th for sure.

I feel like they can test the waters for content with the next couple of seasons and see what people want and don't like. That way, if they're successful, they can put more time post-launch content. I'm glad they're focusing on a complete launch.

XDefiant and Stormgate(Spiritual successor to StarCraft2)might the two most hyped games to be announced that I have seen and I’m optimistic that it might revitalize the FPS and RTS respectively.

Just from that gameplay I’m getting heavy mw3 vibes. One thing I wish they can also do is milsim skins. That would be kinda nice to see as I like those types of skins
