Oh dear God, why on earth was he alone on Chris Cornell's birthday. Heartbreaking.

Sounds a lot like DEPRESSION. Major depressive. He described what it feels like SO well in this video

The ones that seem normal are usually the ones suffering inside.

To anyone who is suicidal, remember that there is only one you and there will never be another you. The world is yours and you are free to do anything you desire and you are capable of achieving anything as long as you allow yourself to. Don't let anyone put you down and don't let anyone bully you. If you suffered abuse in any way, tell someone. Do not hold it in. We are all here for each other and you should never feel like you are alone or that you have to suffer because of your inner demons. There is always someone out there that will care enough to help you and get you through any hard times.

Some people assume that :DEPRESSION = FEELING SAD AND SORRY FOR YOURSELF.
"Think happy thoughts, it will all go away", they say. "You need to try hard", they say. Then there are some that treat you as if you chose to be sick. Depression is something so common yet so many people still don't understand much about it. Depression is like a little voice in your head. It sounds just like you but it is nothing like you. Everyday, it waits for you to show any signs of vulnerablity. It attacks when the oppertunity comes, whispering words of sabotage and hate. It wants to break you, it wants to tear you.

Chronic depression can deteriorate the mind, body and soul. It is easier to get rid of depression during early stages but once it is chronic, it is too late. The other issue is that thing such as anxiety and OCD tends to go hand in hand with this disorder. People don't understand that this disorder is not only mental. It can be physical. People can feel severe pain. For example, sometimes my heart hurts so much that it feels like I'm going to have a heart attack (literally). The pain is too much for a normal person to stand. I'm sick of people judging those who have attempted to commit suicide or those who cut. They don't know the feeling of fighting a losing battle. A battle that you are forced to fight with yourself everyday. Some push hard and win. Some push hard and sadly lose anyway.

Another thing that Chester said in the last interview is that he was talking about his depression & he said: " depression to me feels like just laying down in a corner & just die, thats what depression feel like to me "

the statement is seriously real. He needs help, but we never notice that. we think it just the trick of market. I thought he was passed it, but no... we are wrong guys. I am really sorry Chester. But I understand now, I will more caring other people. Thank you for your lesson, I love you. RIP.

notice how Chester always points to his head on interviews, photoshoots, especially at concerts where he put a gun like hand aimed at his head pretty much a way of him saying that he is suffering mentally

Chester also stated that some external force wasn't making him feel the way that he was feeling he said that he was pretty much making himself feel like that, i think that's what he said. 😞

The torture depression puts people through is unbearable if you hear or see signs of it from someone don’t just say “get help” but carefully listen to them and then listen to them some more and try to help as much as you possibly can sometimes a group similar to them may be helpful.. we can’t keep loosing great people to depression never assume never assume anything other than their pain is real and hard have empathy not pity just don’t brush them of

In the very last interview that Chester did, he said to the interviewer:" I've always had this kind of depressive side" 😔

When you are depressed you get tired out from it. Your hurt bitter sad. And you blame everyone in this world. For your pain and suffering

"I'm fine" means "it's dark in here". .... I'm fine!

That is what I don't get. Him being alone. He needed people around him to help him get thru it. They weren't there. I would've been there. I miss him

If not that pain Chester felt all his life there wouldnt be Grey Daze or Linkin Park. His pain created joy for other people who related to Grey Daze or Lp songs. As many rock singers - they go throu hard stuff and sings about it. Thats why rock is soul music.

the spirit and consciousness we have still lives on after death, the demons in our lives on physical earth will still be represented afterwards wherever we may be. It's sad, I wish Chester had sought out help like I did. I battled severe depression and still am battling it since my early high school years in the early 2000's but now i've found ways to help cope through art and expression. I just wish Chester would have used art and music as a cathartic way to escape the demons he faced. RIP.
