7 Weeks Out From My First Ironman

7 Weeks till my first Ironman.
Had a cold this week and had to battle that. Had a few rough days, but still got the work in. 🔒
This was my first week with my new metrics after last week's test week. Bike power and running effort levels have increased now. Was able to hang in there, but definitely feel like I'm pushing myself now.
The long run was less easy compared to what my previous easy pace was. I believe I'm already getting used to the new easy effort.
Also, hit my first 100-mile ride, along with my first Ironman distance ride. My legs did start to feel a bit tired towards the end, along with feeling a bit lightheaded/dizzy toward the end as well, but still got it done.
Rest/recovery is becoming more important. Still got more work to do.
