I started bounth hunting 2 weeks ago and Im currently 9 mil. My build is talon, buddha, acidum and shark anchor. I know u guys think im a spammer, but I use buddha v1 and I use short combos to take people's bounty. Plus I dont have gh and guitar yet... So....

Edit: Buddha v1 is actually WAY better than v2 because of its insane speed

One small correction a player can be 600 levels below you or above you to get bounty not 400
