I just heard a juvenile 4am Sun vocalize outside my property close to Tahoe Forest. No it was not a dog, coyote, or wolf which are around also.

Back in December down at Killens Pond State Park in Felton, Delaware my wife and I were staying at a cozy cabin. So having forgotten my sawzall I only had a bow saw to saw some nice size logs for a kicking campfire. So I couldn't saw all the way thru the log. So with my hatchet I tried to bust it apart. And when I hit the log it sounded like a TREE KNOCK. And I even said that to my wife. So after a couple more attempts to bust the logs apart, we both got a wiff of something horrible. And jokingly around I said oh that's just BIGFOOT. Well not even 5 minutes later we both hear something that sounds like a horse. It was SNORTING AND GRUNTING REALLY LOUD. It was coming from the cabin next to us. As we shined our flashlights to try to see what was making these noises, whatever it was, was getting more and more pissed off. So I guess my SPIDY SENSE'S kicked in or FIGHT OR FLIGHT KICKED IN and I let out this scream and said c'mon, you wanna fight, let's do this. Mind you all I had was a very sharp hatchet and a 7 inch Buck knife. It was KILL OR BE KILLED. AND THEN IT STOPPED.And we heard it go back into the woods. At that time we both ran into the cabin and locked the door and I put a chair under the door knob. So we both talked about what it could have been. There is NO DOUBT IN MY MIND THAT IT WAS INDEED BIGFOOT. SO THEN I STAYED UP ON GUARD UNTIL MORNING. THEN WE PACKED UP AS FAST AS WE COULD AND GOT THE HECK OUTTA THERE. WE STILL HAD ANOTHER DAY AND NIGHT BEFORE WE HAD TO LEAVE. BUT I COULDN'T TAKE ANOTHER SCARY ENCOUNTER LIKE THAT. STILL TILL THE DAY I GET GOOSEBUMPS TELLING OUR ENCOUNTER. BIGFOOT IS ALIVE AND WELL IN DELAWARE. TRUST

Buy a flashlight for 1500 meters and illuminate the entire forest, or, in order not to frighten them with the headlights, a night vision camera that provides an image of the surrounding area in low light conditions.
