This is good video. Please create a tutorial using leave request using MS list and create an Outlook Calendar Event when Approve. Thank you again.

Thank you Ali. Question: is there a way to extend the approval request to guest users outside the company?

Did you receive two emails in this case or one? If one of the parallel approval requests is not approved and there is no outcome, Is the requester still going to receive the email notification? Because sending the email is linked to both the brances. I think the email should also be added to the parallel branch so the requester would receive as soon as the any of the request is completed, please advise.

Hi, While sending the request for approval. I want to attach a document for the approver to see and then approve. In the first section of flow, I have included the option of File. While executing the flow, app is asking for the file. But in which section should I add the file reference for the approver to see.

Please help

I took your class on Flow on Udemy and loved it.
As part of the homework...that you gave..I wanted to create something but kick it up a notch.

I tried creating a flow to wish my students and have them fill out a MS.
form.
MS.Form to Sharepoint
SharePoint to Teams Channel.
Everything went well but
Formatdateandtime ( utcNow(), 'MM-dd') is returning wrong date.

I wasted 6 hours figuring out...
I finally added a day to my student's Bdays...
But do you know how to fix that?🤷🏽‍♀️

I have just seen your video and your knowledge on JSON is impressive. I am just starting out on JSON and cannot get the result I want. I have an MS Form that creates or updates tables on Dataverse through Power Automate which all works fine. I have a section which requires a one to many relationship (as a repeating table) for the record I am updating. In this section the form has a set of 3 questions which are repeated should the worker have extra work and needs to enter more answers as shown in the diagram. I set up a simple JSON which brings out the first set of data but I don't know how to pick up all three. To complicate matters the user may not need to fill any of the sets if there are no extra works. Do you have a video on getting a 'one to many' records from an MS Form to Dataverse or similar?

This is great! At the 13:00 mark when you run first test, I received message "This org hasn't given you a plan with access to Microsoft Power Automate. Please contact the org's admin to get access." In my scenario, I used an email address of someone outside my organization, which would be a "real-world" scenario. How do I prevent my client approver from receiving this error?

Thank you for the wonderful video.

1. Is there any expiration limit for a Power Automate flow??
(e.g. If the flow is still running after 30 days from it start time, will the flow stop immediately?)

2. Is there any expiration limit for an approval??
(e.g. If an approval is still not accepted/rejected after 30 days from it creation time, will the approval expire immediately? If yes, what will happen to the approval email sent out?)
