Actually, it's the ignorance of the rest of the Muslim communities in not understanding things to its proper core and running lives on fatwas.

Secularism is acceptance of other gods. but islam run on the principle that allah is the only god. so if you accept allah as the only god, you are not secular but if you accept other gods you are not a muslim. So secularism is contradictory to islam
