I made mine with salt and pepper but next time will add garlic salt for more flavour. I did put mine on a baking rack but found they weren't crispy (but not soggy either). I put them back in under the broiler for a minute and it made a little difference. The texture was good overall. Luv the video. Thanks for sharing!

Great video - I'll be doing this! Only change I'll make is to shake it all up in a leftover bread bag rather than stirring it together by hand. I always have these bags around and will be good way to use one. I've had the store-bought s-p fries, and even my son likes them.

you should consider white pepper sometimes insted for black pepper it's so much healtier and beneficial. amazing recipies anyway

I was literally looking for the best way to cook these, as I've never made them before. Everyone else was saying to use cornstarch, and while I don't doubt they are great that way, I had NONE; and wasn't about to buy any right now at least. Thank goodness I found the chicken recipe, and you mentioned the sweet potato fries!
