Good video, was helpful. Could do without background music in all these instructional videos. While not explicitly stated, it can be seen in the video that you unscrew the pump end to load. Once you have that down, then of course can kind of figure out which way the cartridge goes in. If still in doubt, video showed this cartridge loading orientation quite well. I never knew about the trapped air problem, learned something. Other videos did mention best to store cartridges with writing up, and the pull tab down.

When you pull that spring loaded plunger rod out, have you something like a little piece of wood such as a dowel rod, old pencil with the point broke off, golf tee, even a solid clean twig, to jam in that hole for the plunger rod. That way the blasted rod can't jump out of the retainer groove recess notch in the cap. Others on YT bested me on this tip, suggested a bolt of appropriate size, which might even work better being the threads would help keep it in place. Thanks much for posting.

Try taking off the hose! If there is air pressure in your hose, it will never bleed no matter what you do

Do all guns allow bulk loading grease? Does that plunger size not have to be different when you use a tube vs just the housing?

I don't have cartridge but I have a 1 lb tub. If I do the plunger style or shove grease inside, that is okay? Or what if I use a cartridge up and then shove grease inside the cartridge?

I followed all instructions correctly with cartridge loading but im getting no air come out or grease during bleeding

I don't understand why almost everyone pushes the plunger back in?
If you leave it out it's easy to see how much grease is left inside.
I worked all my live like this and never had problems. I see so many people having problems with pistols not working when the plunger is pushed inside to 🤷.
I wanted to teach some colleagues at work because almost everyone have problems to refill the gun, it doesn't work after they refill.
But they all say they saw to do different than i do.

So why most push it back in??

I bought the K8081 as my MacNaught was at a sleepover. This is the worst greasegun I have ever used. It doesnt bleed effectively and requires constant attention. It is rubbish which iscsad because on the whole I am happy with my Kinchrome tools.
