2nd Samuel 14 is a story of deception, manipulation and insincerity—by King David’s nephew Joab, the woman he sent to facilitate the return of David’s son Absalom, and the supposed reconciliation between the two that followed. Pastor Steve’s sermon from this chapter shows us the toll manipulation takes on our spiritual and relational health.
