Hey friends, today I'm talking about my 3 favorite and least favorite designer fragrance releases at the midway point of the year. Overall I'd say this year has more misses than hits so I'm hoping that this next 6 months will feature some awesome releases to make up for some of the lackluster scents that have come out recently. The Rocha Moustache EDP is very dark and (as noted everywhere) is similar to YSL Tuxedo and is a really nice frag.
BUT...the re release of the 1949 EDT Moustache a totally different animal altogether.
It's a vibrant fresh lemon barbershop fragrance with a really inviting sweetness in the dry down.
Don't even stop to think if you don't already own it, its dirt cheap and there's really nothing like it out there today and considering the formulation is 70 years old there's a real modern twist to it.
A true under reported gem.

Profundo and Ideal Extreme are on my definite try probably buy list. As fast as I am picking up new fragrances new ones are added to the buy list. These uploads do not help my bank balance, or my marriage as my buying is driving my wife nuts.

Great video, Ash! I was thinking Wanted Tonic was going to be in your worst list. And, I was hoping that Pasha De Cartier Parfum would be in your best list. I ordered that fragrance from Fragrancenet for 56 bucks. That’s a steal for that lovely juice. I got Profondo for my father and myself for Father’s Day. He lives in Myrtle Beach though, and was supposed to be seeing him this week. However, it’s COVID central there right now so the wife kids and I will not be going on our yearly visit. Not happy about it. Oh well, 1st world problems, right? Be well, Ash!

from the list I am already familiar with Profondo, but i haven't made up my mind if I should get it. However, I am now deciding between Absolu and Absolu Instinct :-). My daughter likes Absolu :-) and I am leaning toward Instinct...
