Sometimes the torsion springs don’t work and you need retrofits with friction blades just be aware if you don’t see that little insert, you see here where the torsion springs go in

Why did you not show the wiring conversion? You have to convert the ballast or you won’t get LED color

I did this on only 1 LED and now I have ghosting when my dimmer switch is off.
