Ripping Creosote Pole Bridge Beams

We are building a bridge over a creek to allow access to a chicken house. Creosote beams and cedar deck.

Used tractor grapple, chainsaw, Foley Belsaw M-14 circle sawmill. Triple T Ranch & Sawmill on Choctaw Ridge is homesteading with a sawmill & anvil.

They did a very thorough job when they treated that pole. Mostly today, you don’t see creosote poles, but even when you did, they were not treated through and through. Thanks for an interesting video. Take care.
