Running cramped coaching centres in Delhi especially for UPSC makes no sense since most candidates are out station students. A real change can happen if you shift these coaching to an area like Greater Noida Knowledge park. That shall avoid Delhi space crunch, put less burden on already over burdened public resources and make it more affordable and safer for students. In addition, shall also develop those areas. The tragic incident happened because of corruption allowing running classes in dilapidated buildings and pushing the boundaries of overburdened infrastructure beyond capacity.
