Roto and Kenya would be a fool to fall for this. First they name you a non-NATO country and they you get full membership once you prove that they can use you for various conflicts around the globe that only serve the Americans and Europeans interest (Ukraine?). What do you think sending Kenya troops to Haiti is all about?
