More than 19 months since Russia invaded Ukraine, the Ukrainian counter offensive is moving more slowly than expected and several U.S. lawmakers are calling to stop any additional aid. VICE News sat down with Rep. Nancy Pelosi to discuss the U.S’s role in the conflict, why she thinks there should be no limits to the U.S’s support, and why negotiating with Putin should be off the table.
