Hi! I actually just posted this in your video about this PC which was 2 weeks ago. I posted it here too to give you the best chance of seeing this. I noticed something that needs attention. Please let me know if I'm wrong. but it appears all of the fans in this build are exhaust fans. that will make it so that there is no fresh cool air coming in so the PC and cycle air properly. this will cause your PC to overheat. to fix this here are a few tips.
1. reverse some of the fans: it is common to use fans at the top or the side as your intake. the exhaust being the back and top.
2. an alternative to turning fans around is to use reverse blade fans to cycle the air properly while still keeping the PC looking as clean as possible.

my guess on why pc epic runs worse is:
1:stuff like shadows
2:alot of games are reprogrammed to be optimized on console so usually console is optimized for high settings while pc actually has to put in work.
