The actual timer is 15 seconds. Just so no one questions why they got counted as a kill when they follow this video. The wiki actual lists the time correctly and no minions do not extend the time, otherwise tower shots would also extend the time, since their damage is tagged as the same source (not champion related) in the code.

a lot of people dont do this is mobas, but its actually kinda smart when u realize you are dead no matter what but u die by towers so they dont get the gold for killing u. although its very contradicting because in mobas, anything can happen at any health

as a jungle main just wanna let all you laners know the windows for early level ganks almost always happens either around 2:00 to 2:30 or 3:00 to 3:30 so try not to be pushed up around those times if you don’t have vision in river

If i remember is 15s, but from experience its seems to be between 15 and lower because I tried *m a n y* times to do it, even counted in game and still gave the kill

Minions is hits counts ? Like you fight the enemy laner, you kill the enemy laner, you push the lane under the turret while still getting hit a little by the minions it counts towards being in combat still or it just resets when out of champ combat only ?

Yep. 13 seconds to make a kill into an execute. Some people don't know this. I found out after like half a year.
