It’s not about loving yourself. It’s a health issue. Look at elderly people who are overweight. They are not comfortable, they can barely walk, they have all kinds of health issues.

Everyone says that when they are overweight! When they loose a hundred then they talk about how they was unhappy! I've been there

I get that you don't care about your weight or what not but you still need to care about your health. She won't live long like that. But hey, she doesn't care.

If a persons weight doesn't matter why do people keep talking about it??? You never hear skinny people talking about their weight. It's only bigger people who talk about their weight, constantly saying that it doesn't define them, but then they go on show after show and talk about their weight. It makes so dang sense whatsoever! If Katy Mixons heavier weight doesn't define her then why can I find 25 different interviews and multiple show scenes where she makes her weight the center of the conversation?

My opinion is, and I don't care what anyone says, this isn't mean, I just think it's true, is that these people who are overweight are unhappy about it, so they feel like everyone around them is talking about how much they gained, and they then go into defensive mode and start talking about their weight over and over again. When it reality no one would care if they just didn't make it such a big deal. Gain weight, lose weight, I don't care what you do, but all this talk about the weight gain not defining you is just one big oxymoron.

"you got to march to the beat of your own drum"
This is true, but only if you are fit enough to march. Be healthy, I don't care what you weigh, it's the health that's important. She is obviously obese. If it makes her happy, that's fine, but don't try and sell unhealthy body types.

Its sad that society tells women they are ALLOWED to be fat. Its disgusting

Sorry but if I married girl A & girl B shows up 100lbs. heavier a year later. That’s a BIG problem. Ladies if you let yourself go never wonder why your man looks elsewhere. No I’m not the cheating type. I’d ask what she plans to do. If the answer is nothing then it’s time to move on.

Just lose weight. It's much easier than the time spent talking about how much you don't care about what other people think about you.
