**As a side note - Some individuals when entering admin mode will have to go into the environment menu selection to the left and update INDEX as well. (before the updates window is presented)

Thanks Bro! You helped me!

Look that When I ran Anaconda as administrator first time the option "Upgrade now" was not showing above. I had to go in menu "ENVIRONMENTS" and click on "Update index..." botton then option "Upgrade now" appeared. :)
