Great content! At the end of the video, he's talking about what is referred to as having a "fixed mindset".

This is gone into in detail in the book, Mindset: The New Psychology of Success which came out a few years ago and is a good reference for psychological introspection and a good teaching tool for anyone working with Scrum or Agile teams.
