I’m super cautious cuz any time I get a ‘brain freeze’ it’s not just my head if I have a lot at once of something cold I actually feel it like in my spine/down my back and it really hurts 😅

I don’t ever really get brain freezes, but I get this thing I call throat or mouth freeze it’s were my throat/mouth just stay cold for a few minutes before feeling like nothing again. It happens when I eat cold stuff too fast or I bite cold stuff with my teeth.

For me, I guess my one and 1 million was the fact that I got a brain infection due to an abscess of fluid that originally started with a sinus infection, that was not exactly a great period of my life, but I’m doing pretty decent as of now, glad to hear you’re doing pretty good too
