The fever you get forces the body above 101-102°. That sustained temperature in the body for 3 hours causes the body to over make white blood cells needed to fight off infection. When getting a High fever place your feet in ice water & your head. Every drop of blood circulates through the header every 3 minutes. The blood instantly chills the brain by doing this & your fever seems to release it's grip on your ability to think & respond. Keep ice ready to place in a foot bath, to cool your blood back to 100°. That will stop the over active immune system response & may save your life.

I’ve had covid 3 times and the flu twice in the last 3 years. I spent 10 full days in bed with the first bout of flu and 5 days with my second bout. COVID was nothing in comparison.
