It's ok to try again

The amount of times I had to start this rather simple drawing until I was satisfied with the result is ridiculous. But it’s a reminder that sometimes art takes many attempts to get it right, and that’s okay. Not all process are always smooth sailing and that’s fine too! 💖

This vid reminded me that you haven’t wasted a page in a sketchbook just because something didn’t turn out to your liking, sketchbooks are meant to have messy things in them, and that includes attempts at pieces that you consider ‘failed’
