Показать описание

The 'Cash Flow Statement', or 'Statement of Cash Flows' is a Financial Statement that summarizes the Cash Inflows and Outflows of a business over a period of time.

We begin with the ‘Opening Cash Amount’ at the start of a period and compare it against the ‘Closing Cash Amount’ at the end. The difference is the ‘Net Increase or Decrease in Cash’.

This difference is then reconciled across three sources / destinations:

▪ Operating Activities
▪ Investing Activities
▪ Financing Activities
