I'm not able to download the driver. Each time I try it says "driver successfully installed to 0 devices"

Before seeing this video, I followed the instructions of another guide and deleted "Pixel 7 Pro" under Show Hidden Devices > Portable Devices. Now it doesn't show up there under any name. How matter how much I plug/unplug nothing new shows up in device manager.

Added context: My Pixel charges when connected to the computer via USB and I've tried multiple cables. Likewise, other devices work fine via USB ports on my CPU.

You have an "unknown" USB on your video. When I switch to File transfer from tethering, my USB option disappears. My PC tells me that my USB file is good (white tethering) although I can't find it on My computer. It does appear on Bluetooth & other devices but not on My Computer.
