He was the first member of the band I ever saw in the flesh. After being a fan of Slipknot (and Stone Sour) for years I finally got to see them live and he was the first member to come out on stage. Such a gifted musician and humble guy 🙌

I just bought an Ibanez JS 2450, and couldn’t even take it out of the case for almost an hour once I brought it home.. Sat back remembering when the Vai swirl paint Universe came out, and all I could afford was a $250-300 Ovation look alike.. Surprisingly, I still have that acoustic today…
