Maybe in those moments you really needed to verbally process your experience with another person and feel like you needed to give explanation as a way to answer any possible questions the person might have. That way, you're able to feel more in control of a situation where you feel really vulnerable... and not be blimdsided by a question you're not sure how to answer and then feel like a fraud or make room for not being believed. when we are young, we just do our best ❤ i get the point of the vid, but just saying there are other reasons why a person might do this
