this is my second video. ive been cutting meat for 6 years at alot of places. even a actual butcher shop. the way i show here is how most companies cut meat. this method helps reduce cost and waste when cutting at home.

I got lost following the grain of the meat because you were picking it up, turning it over and spinning it around. If that makes any sense
