I've been missing the live classes so thank you for the recordings. Would you advise a client who stops coffee to also stop green tea? Is it a caffeine and acid concern? Have you recommended coffee substitutes instead like Teeccinno? or Chicory? I could have waited to ask this question when I join your class but it may be helpful if others have this question now :) Can't wait for June!!!
