Do you know how the item list is sorted when setting up a new price level for individual items. We have 100's of items and I don't see the items sorted with any logic, takes forever to find a specific item.

Hello Hector,
Is it possible to add a custom price per sq ft section and have it automatically do the math for you. I have created custom fields and added them to my invoice and was able to get my price to the amount I wanted, however I cannot seem to get my "price per sq ft" column and my "total sq ft column" to multiply automatically. Hi Hector! I have a few questions. I want to use a fixed Price Level. Every time I add a new Inventory Item, I have to go into each price level and scroll through the inventory list to put the fixed price for that item. So everytime I add a new line of products, this will take me FOREVER... Please do you have any suggestions? (ALSO! I want to export my current price levels... how can I do this?)

Is it possible to add the description field to the Price Level List creation page ?
We use codes and descriptions and its almost impossible to create a customer price list without seeing the actual product name.
Customer specific price lists should be a basic facility and it seems very difficult to achieve in QuickBooks Desktop what I can do in minutes on my 25 year old dos system.

Hi Hector - Are you able to default a price level on an invoice? So, when I click on a certain invoice template, the price level that I want always comes up? Instead of having to choose a different price level when entering the item?
