My mortgage deal ends in 2 years (2.32%). Considering current circumstances I'm thinking to get new 10 year fix at 2.49% and pay 2%penalty for my existing deal wich woud be £2500.
Please advise.
I'm really worried that when my 2 y deal ends in 2024 fixed mortage deals will be way more expensive than now.
