That's a good idea, but mine adapter I bought does not allow the phone to stay in that position.  The scope mount doesn't fit tight enough.

mounted my Iphone6+ for landscape as you show. But I still get dark circle or dark bars on side of image.
is IP6+ different?

my IP6+ has otter box protector but fits in the phonescope holder fine. Using Swar ATS 20-60x, 65MM spotter.
video or photo, black circle or bars appear taking up most of image screen.
Help...?
