WELCOME TO DAY 2!
Upper body today:
-Burpees
-Pushups
-Side plank with reach through
-Feet elevated pike pushups
-Mountain climbers
To Modify:
-step/walk your burpees out instead of jumping
-pushups can be done on knees
-side plank can be held with no reach through, lower knee can be dropped to the floor to help with the hold.
-pike pushups can be done with feet on the ground, so you are doing a pushup in a downward dog position
-mountain climbers can be stepped out instead of ran, or you can just perform a plank hold
Amount of reps for each move is found in the video.
**Step Ups can be performed on your steps at home! You do not need a bench
