9.8/10, the building looks REALLY good. Only problem is that it’s kind of difficult to get all the blocks you need. But it is worth it and starter friendly. Not even that difficult. W

I'll say this.

In terms of design? I love it!

...but. You can't reach the 2nd floor and keep the windows unblocked without a ladder.

And there aren't any amenities.

Otherwise, though, it's nice.
