Thanks a million for this Carl was so voice and superb guitar player. He was no shredding lead player but he knew every single chord there is and could play them in any inversion. A master, much like his oldest brother.

I know Mike catches a lot of hell (rightfully so), but man, he's such a character in this clip! That goofy hat & beard, and the way he dances. It's pretty funny.

I'm shocked they were still doing this song in 1971! Wasn't this when they were trying to be relevant with the hippie crowd, and change their name to "Beach" or something like that, and play more progressive music with a deeper meaning? There again, the song was only 7 years old at this point so I guess it wasn't that much of a relic of the past. But still--Western culture changed A LOT in those 7 short years!
