I didnt have sex with my ex wife for an entire year after my daughter was born - she had postpartum pretty bad, and then she got used to not having sex at that was the begining of the end for us as a couple

Yeah, right. There is "postpartum", there is also "headache", "stomachache", "period", "tired", "the kids", and a bunch of other symptoms of the same disfunction... ;). Within Mediterranean countries, there is an old proverb: "If you try to feed milk to a kitten and she doesn't want it, it isn't because she is not hungry: it is because she already drank someone else's milk". Few words to the wise. :)

Dr. I keep waking up to urinate, intermittent burning of the thighs, bubbly urine but no protein, intermittent pain on the right side of back and my A1C is 5.2, Urine is 8 which is high, BUN/creatinine Ratio is 8 which is one point lower than last year, cholesterol total is 241 while the LDL is 174, stool has been looking bloody after drinking Lakewood Beet Juice and I’m not sure if that’s normal. Please help!!!

What about atypical postpart depression? A book called "Shadow Syndromes " was very help since they discussed a person with this problem.

Doc, take a look at the name on your jacket. Someone put your smartphone camera in mirror mode. (I don't understand why that exists either.) In the newspaper business, they used to say that flipping a picture that way (backwards) was a death curse, it was never ever allowed to be done.
So get a silver and garlic necklace, and flip that picture back.
