Leo was also named after the Nemean lion, who Hera took pity on and turned into the constellation Leo. Rick was not subtle 😂

The fact that Jason dies and was given up to Hera to appease her and Leo sacrificed himself in blood of Olympus this must be Rick’s way of hinting that Percy gets a happy ending

You could argue Annabeth sounds similar to Andromeda who was Perseus’s wife

Fun fact! There's a reason everyone in pjo says that names have power. It's the reason why no one dared to pronounce Kronos's name
Mr. D actually said Percy's name correctly once to give him power for one of his quests, i believe (i dont remember the scene very well DD:)

If your a Nico fg:
Nico means ‘Nikodemos’ who is the god of victory. (In Greek)
Di Angelo means of the angels(in Italian)
So Nico di Angelo’s name(if two languages are combined) is= victory of the Angels

I’m writing a book right now currently on chapter three but my characters names are basically for shadowing their future in the plot 😅

Also why Percy called Kronos grandpa a lot in pjo

Also the edit is amazing and it’s making me so sentimental 😭😭
