A number of Premier League managers including Jurgen Klopp and Pep Guardiola have had their say on Chelsea's spending during the transfer window.

Backed by billionaire chairman and co-owner Todd Boehly, the Blues signed eight players last month and smashed the British transfer record when they signed Enzo Fernandez from Benfica for £106.8m

Their £323 million outlay was more than the clubs in the Italian, German, French and Spanish top flights combined.

To think that they're still getting Christopher Nkunku in summer is simply beyond crazy

Lol it’s funny how each manager reaction is distinctive to the financial position they are 😂😂😂
The ones that has money can’t comment and says it’s fine while the ones without money are complaining 😂😂😍

I love Eddie Howe reaction, he is smiling under that face thinking to himself how much he himself gonna spend at Newcastle 😂

Peps right when he said the reaction would be different from the media if it was City

Deep down Klopp is probably saying that I wish I have an owner who can buy players for me like Todd Boehly does at Chelsea.

What the Notts manager really meant was... "the rest of us just fight for a place to stay up and develop youth hoping a top club will buy one or two of them".

Reading between the lines, Eddie Howe: Oh you think Chelsea spent a lot of money this window, just wait until see what we've got planned for the summer! 😁

Pep is so right. Everybody was up in arms about City spending when they were just following the trend and first to do it. If you’re owners don’t want to invest then don’t hate on those that do. I never understood the City hate when everybody knew other clubs were gonna do it. City have actually won league titles and have also developed players and still challenge for the top spots, so I never understood the hate when they’re so successful

The real problem is not that Chelsea spent all that money but that they spent it for players who are not really worth that much
