Hey all, I hope you enjoy this setting and breaking the pattern video that I did for you all. I first want to say, my heart goes out to the people in Ukraine. I am praying for everyone over there, and I hope that my videos can help you relax in any way shape or form. In this video we have some tapping, a ton of visual triggers towards the end, vocal sounds, hand sounds, mic sounds, etc. so I hope you all find some peace, happiness, and relaxation in this video.

i really love at thee end when you do set and breaking pattern with words. especially when you were just talking about something then stopping to say ba ba ba as the trigger then continuing on and stopping periodically was great. would love to see more of this trigger. love your work and effort bro

The Ukraine goverment is terrible.. the dutch one too.. 😞 Its so sad for the people! In the past we have had some Ukrainian children in our home! For a Few days. They brought us nice gifts! So kind! A lamp and we could dim it.. in the 90s it was awesome! I was 10. One was called; Olek. I rememberd it for so long!
