My ex husband was a narc. I ended up having the constables walk him out with a no contact order. When I saw him later he said “what’s going on with you, you traumatized me”… classic

I am glad that you mentioned the more psychological aspect of narcissism. Narcissism is a personality disorder, and contrary to belief only about 5 percent of Americans actually fit the criteria of Narcissistic personality disorder. People like this truly don't understand the impact of their actions and this is how their brains function. Not every toxic person fits this disorder. Many toxic people understand their problematic behaviors they just don't care to change.

yep.... ended my relationship with my ex back in the pandemic times 2020....staying with him during that time period is when I found out about who he really was as Narc....I was out and never looked back

Without saying a word, watch a person's time, money-value and patterns of what's consistent and inconsistent and that will tell you almost all of what you need to know about their priorities or not.
