I have completed the LL.B course. I'm presently waiting for my certificates and enrollment.
At the outset I'm extremely grateful and thankful for the videos that you upload on YouTube covering various legal topics from the practical perspective of the profession. Sir, I had a small doubt regarding a civil matter.

In a civil matter, if the defendant wants to get the plaint rejected by the Court. 1. Should he file a seperate application under O.7 R.11? or 2. In the Written Statement can he include a line praying for rejection under O.7 R.11? and 3. In the place of Written Statement can he directly file this application or should he file it along with Written Statement?
