I always try to find floor workouts but they never turn out good, I tried this and my entire body was on burn, I completed it till the third round but I did 10 more minutes! Definitely recommend 🎉

I used to be really fit, until a RTA put me out of action for a year, just when I turned 50, bad timing. The menopause and all it's hell closely followed. I am starting to get back into fitness again, other than walking, cycling and swimming. I've just completed this session and couldn't believe how hard I found the crab! Enjoyed it though 😅 and will do more.
