YT is incredible. I'm 57yo and I've been randomly learning so many things about the varied makeup of what constitutes "normal" for people and their brains and bodies.
Humans are so much broader and varied than even what I thought was fundamental across everyone.

I was having the same issue with my hands. When I asked my doctor about it he said that was my problem. I don’t need to wear one all the time, mine is not as bad as Scott’s. Sometimes even tape on my fingers will stop the movement.

I have the same disorder, i never knew what it is, just aware it's related to nerves. I thought no other guitarist would relate to this problem but after seeing a bassist with the same problem, and even showing a hack for it. You're awesome Space bassist!!.

I played guitar from 14 to 35 before developing MS. I transitioned over to bass because, long story short, due to nerve damage with MS, the bass strings don't "hurt" like guitar strings do now.

I might have to try wearing one and see if it helps!

Scott I've had to have neck surgery and since then my right hand does something similar but the twitches are more like large spasms..its played hell on my bass playing but your lessons keep my grooving thank u
