When I first saw this thumbnail, I thought; Oh brother, another, not even close, acoustic cover of Blue Sky. I will see how bad it is.
I'm pretty much blown away. This was very impressive, skillfully played, and just plain good. Thanks for playing the 1/8, and/or, 1/16 notes that really make some of the original riffs, but that many covers leave out. Also, very nice tone on the acoustics, including the bass.

I clicked on this not expecting much and I have to say, I’m really impressed. Two great soloists, and even more impressive, the band has the ability and musicality to groove behind them at a volume level that doesn’t drown them out. That’s a rare thing indeed.

Nice job boys! We all have Duane and Dickey's solos so totally engrained in our brains, how nice to see you all shy away from the natural temptation to play their solos and to go out on your own, with your own major and minor swings, and get creative. Sweet stuff!

Hahah I felt the pain playing that solo on acoustic. Fantastic though. It's a tricky one to get to carry over to acoustic well as it just has so many rolling notes in the solo that you can really only do on electric. Beautiful rendition of my favorite solo or blue song ever.
