Snickers
It is a healthier version of snickers, but it tastes better than the original!
Ingredients:

Base
200 g crushed roasted almonds
100 g peanut butter( it should be made from only one ingredient-peanuts)
40 g maple syrup
salt
2 Tbsp avocado oil or melted butter
50 g roasted whole almonds or cut in half

Caramel
200 g maple syrup
120g 35% whipping cream
2 Tbsp butter(optional)

Topping
Melted dark chocolate

Method:
Cut almonds in small pieces or blend it, but make sure not to blend too much that it does not become flour!
Add peanut butter,my peanut butter is with crushed peanuts inside. Then combine it with maple syrup,salt and avocado oil. It should be sticky consistency. Make a base and put some almonds on top of it.
Caramel-Mix everything together and over medium heat bring maple syrup to boil.
Lower the heat and simmer for 40 minutes or so until it becomes thicker. Do not mix too much ,otherwise it can crystallize. Cool it down to 50 C and then pour it on top the base. Refrigerate for an hour or so and then
pour some chocolate on top of snickers.
