I just recently bought our split aircon DUal Inverter.
When I set the off Timer the AC unit wont go off it remains on but the remote was reading it as OFF (AC OFF state in Remote).

In off timer does the aircon really turn off? Like no power state?

I wonder why not direct the drain pipe water back onto the condenser for self cleaning?

Nd it's same even in 2020 most people r suggesting me not to buy inverter ac.. The local Repair guy which installed my old ac.. Or came home to service the ac or another ac service guy to whom I talked about this.. Nd some shopkeeper pushing me to buy non inverter 3 star ac for some 30k like diakin or carrier or bluestar acs.. When asked about inverter ac they said it doesn't make much sense to but these. Their repair cost is so high

Old LG ac have poor plastic body which turned yellow after few year is this AC suffering from this issue? Daikin clearly stated that it uses type of plastic that dont turn yellow.

it seems like you can save a ton of power especially at night time with that power on 40% ....because no sun = it will reach target temperature ...and day time full power until it reaches target temperature or keep it on full power and when it reaches target temperature it will slow down anyways thus reaching target temp quicker at day time = more compressor slowing down which then = even more power saving

The Aluminium tubes are not working properly it seems. Earlier thought there was an issue with the temperature sensor but now I guess its the aluminum coils. Why the cooling ios low? Can you suggest?

Always as good explanation.... I like you try to do an experiment of how much total kWh unit consumed on these following condition
1. Ac set to lowest temp possible at a room temperature of 29 or 30..Now at reaching 24°c how much kWh unit consumed to reach 24
2.Now at AC set at 24°c at a room temperature of 29 or 30 same as above and now how much kWh unit consumed to reach 24°c.
I want to know which one consumed more energy. The reason for this experiment is the ac releases the cool air at the temperature we set so I want to know if the AC at 18 or 16 low temperature air cools down to 24℃ at faster rate than 24℃ cool air and which consumed the most energy so that we can save more energy.
If you can or can't do the experiment please reply to me so I can know to wait or mate
