5.42 Official 3x3 Solve with Parity

This solve didn’t actually have parity of course, but I solved it in a similar way you solve adjacent PLL parity on 4x4 so I thought the title would be funny. More accurately this was a 5.42 official 3x3 solve with adj/opp PBL
