Ummm...the miracle of the Thundering Legion was the timing of the storm, not the storm itself...you can't explain away the absolute synchronicity with naturalism.

The Sai Baba miracles actually serve to strengthen the case for eyewitness testimony, because what people say they saw actually did happen. It's just that we have a natural explanation for it - sleight of hand, etc.

I would never claim that Jesus didn't work with technology; just not man's technology. God's technology is definitely beyond my understanding here.
